By authorising Brevity support access to your Brevity system you acknowledge that:
- Brevity staff will have access to your instance to be able to troubleshoot issues that you have raised
- All care is taken not to access any other areas but support staff will have the same user access as the person authorising the access
- Period of access will be determined by you when granting access
- Brevity support staff will not be able to access your system unless you have authorised access
- Admin user roles are able to see all support authorisations for their instance and are able to revoke access at any time
- It is recommended that you revoke access when not required
